Roles and ResponsibilitiesRegular coordination with international buyers from sample approval to the execution of bulk orders.Constructive negotiation with the vendors/suppliers for the requirements of the goods/accessories.Documentation and safe keeping of approved order records.Product Development- Sourcing, capacity planning, Time and action plan, costingProduction - Troubleshooting issues that come up in production, order managementMaintaining vendor relationshipStrong hold over the product categoriesMust have experience in the hard goods category.Good communication skill, presentable, smartAchieving business goals and revenue targets.Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.Developing and implementing business, marketing, and retail sales. To handle the individual buyer account. Follow-ups with factories. Buyer communication. Responsible for timely execution and dispatch of the order.

Merchandising and Designing, Preparing Presentations, Emailing, Sampling, Discussion with Suppliers and Karigars, Understanding Buyer Requirements Etc.
