Sales & Marketing Business Development Distributor Handling
The Store In-Charge is responsible for driving sales growth, managing retail channels, and ensuring efficient distribution of J-WiRES products. This role involves strategizing, monitoring sales performance, and providing support to field officers and sales teams to achieve business targets.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Growth & Target Achievemento Ensure monthly and annual sales targets are met.o Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.o Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.2. Retail & Distribution Managemento Strengthen and monitor retail networks, including SHG Didis and solar shops.o Ensure proper stock management and availability of products.o Oversee logistics to ensure timely product delivery.3. Team Supervision & Performance Monitoringo Guide and support sales teams, including Field Officers and local retailers.o Track sales performance and take corrective actions where necessary.o Conduct training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.4. Market Research & Customer Engagemento Gather market insights and competitor analysis to improve sales strategies.o Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.o Address customer feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels.5. Reporting & Coordinationo Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management.o Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.o Work closely with finance and accounts teams to ensure compliance in transactions.Skills & Competencies Required: Strong leadership and sales management skills.
