Core Responsibilities:Safe and Efficient Driving: Operate a bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Route Adherence: Follow a planned route and time schedule, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs. Passenger Safety: Ensure the safety of passengers by assisting with boarding and exiting, and maintaining a safe environment. Vehicle Inspections: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition. Basic Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as checking tires, lights, and oil. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing their needs and inquiries. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of trips, incidents, and any mechanical issues. Communication: Communicate effectively with dispatch and other drivers to coordinate routes and schedules. Reporting: Report any accidents, incidents, or mechanical problems to the appropriate authorities.
