Role & Responsibilities:01. Generate secondary sales per month as per assigned target from the assigned set ofcontractors in territory02. Daily Visits to new sites provided by Painters/Contractors/dealers/self to pitch Nerolacproducts03. Walk in Sites to be registered and assign to Painters/contractors04. To handle minimum 80 Painter/Contractors from his Market05. Make Painters/Contractors calls in a day as per the PJP06. Conduct Market activities as per annual allocation by HO Marketing07. Regular Updation of contractor point in NPP Call Centre08. Education/Communication to Painter/contractors of new initiatives taken by HO Marketing09. Ensure timely gift redemption of all painters/contractors of his depot10. Handle Painters/contractor complaints related to scheme gratifications11.Ensure POSM Visibility at Dealer Outlet.12. Ensure Painter/Contractor secondary schemes communication13. New Product Launch/Go to market plan execution at Painters/contractor point.WE NEED SOMEONE WHO HAS MORE THAN 50% IN HIGHER SECONDARY

Identifying Dealers Who Are dealing in the Sanitary Ware / Plumbing / Building Material and Related Products.4. Setting Up Display Samples and Print materials in Potential Dealer Counters with Good Footfall .4. Communication and Cold Calling with Dealers / Distributors of Related Products for B2B Leads and B2C Leads.5. Follow up and Sales Closure on In-Bound Leads / Online Leads . 6. Managing In-Bound Leads and Converting into Sales. 7. Arranging Closure meeting with seniors ( Project - Bulk Sales ) 8. Responsible for Payment Collection according to payment schedule .
