Required Civil Engineer for our project at pgi sector 12 Chandigarh.;

Responsibilities:1. Review project drawings and specifications to accurately estimate materials, labor, and equipment required for a construction project2. Prepare and submit timely and accurate cost estimates for construction projects3. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services4. Track project costs and prepare billing documentation for submission to clients5. Assist in the preparation of project budgets and schedules6. Monitor and report on project progress and financial performance

This job is for Passionate Civil Engineers who want to grow, learn and expand their skill set.Here at VVS, we will be manufacturing fly ash bricks but soon will be stepping into the construction industry.The ideal candidate must-haves include:- Bachelors in Civil Engineering- A deep understanding of construction materials like Ashcrete, Geopolymer Concrete etc. - Always keeping up with the latest trends/ technologies and their impact on the industry example: Prefabricated, Pre-cast, PEB, RCC- Knowledge of E-Plans and softwares like AutoCAD/Sketchup is an asset for evaluating drawings, specifications and statements of work.- Problem-solving attitude based on individual client's needsJob Duties shall include but are not limited to: Candidate will be responsible for managing different parts of construction projects, supervising crew members, and preparing estimates for time and material costs.No previous experience is required. For now, the working site will be in Ropar, PUNJAB. Initially, the salary will be Rs 25,000/month, but it will grow over time. Additional monthly travelling allowance.
