Knows the definition and process of brewing a perfect espresso.5. Is able to froth the milk and make coffee as per the standard.6. Has the basic knowledge about coffee beans and coffee machine.7. Knows the descriptions, recipe and serving standards of all hot and cold beverages.8. Knows the descriptions, basic ingredients and serving standards for all food items from the menu.9. Knows the six food safety rules and demonstrate them while working.10. Follows the cleaning and hygiene guidelines.11.
