- Key Responsibilities:1. Maintain laboratory equipment: Ensure all laboratory equipment is in good working condition, calibrate and maintain instruments as necessary, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during testing.3. Record and analyze test results: Record all laboratory test results accurately, analyze data, and prepare reports for healthcare professionals to aid in patient care.4. Adhere to safety protocols: Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues, and prevent any hazards in the laboratory.5. Collaborate with healthcare team: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely test results, and contribute to the overall patient care process.- Required Skills and Expectations:1.
