As a Clinical Physiotherapist, you will be key in patient care, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring smooth clinical operations. This position offers a path for professional growth and advancement into leadership roles.Responsibilities:Overseeing comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and developing individualized treatment plans using diverse physiotherapy techniques.Administering advanced physiotherapy treatments to patients, including exercise programs and manual therapy, as needed.Monitor and evaluate patient's progress regularly and adjust treatment plans accordingly.Maintaining accurate and updated patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.Educating patients and their families on injury prevention, self-care strategies, and treatment options.Providing leadership, mentorship, and support to physiotherapy staff, ensuring ongoing professional development.Participating actively in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education opportunities.Requirements:Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physiotherapist, with demonstrated expertise across various treatment modalities and patient demographics.
