About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team at Maconsys ventures. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. You will work closely with other engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure all civil engineering projects meet safety standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.Key Responsibilities:Plan, design, and oversee construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Conduct feasibility studies, site inspections, and environmental assessments to gather data for project design and planning.Prepare detailed engineering reports, specifications, and technical drawings.Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate civil designs with other disciplines.Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards.Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior engineers and site personnel.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and minimizing risks.Participate in the bidding process and assist with project estimation.Conduct quality control and risk management on-site, identifying potential issues and resolving them.Coordinate the procurement of materials and liaise with suppliers and vendors.Review and approve work submitted by contractors and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.years of professional experience in civil engineering (experience in specific areas, such as structural, transportation, or environmental engineering, depending on your needs).Strong proficiency in engineering design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, etc.).Knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods.
