Install, configure, and commission CCTV cameras, surveillance systems, EPABX systems, GPS tracking devices, alarm systems, attendance record systems, and other electronic equipment at client sites. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of installed systems to identify and resolve technical issues promptly. Diagnose faults and perform repairs or replacements of faulty components to restore equipment functionality and minimize downtime. Provide on-site training and support to clients on the use and operation of installed systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and confidence. Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical expertise and recommendations for system solutions. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, installation logs, and inventory management. Stay updated on the latest technology trends, product developments, and industry best practices to enhance technical knowledge and skills. Adhere to safety procedures and regulations while working on-site to ensure a safe and secure environment for both clients and technicians.
