- Conduct laboratory tests and analysis on patient samples: Perform various tests such as blood tests, urine tests, and microbiological studies to assist in diagnosing medical conditions.- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning: Calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure accurate test results.- Prepare and analyze samples according to established protocols: Follow standard operating procedures to handle and analyze samples in a safe and efficient manner.- Record and report test results: Document test results accurately and timely in the laboratory information system for further analysis and interpretation by medical professionals.- Adhere to safety and quality control protocols: Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain quality control measures to ensure accurate and reliable test results.Required Skills and Expectations:- Degree in Medical LAB Technology or related field: Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical LAB Technology, M.D.S., M.Pharma, M.Sc, M.Tech, MVSC to qualify for the position.- Attention to detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail when conducting tests and recording data to ensure accuracy.- Strong analytical skills: Proficiency in analyzing test results and identifying abnormalities or inconsistencies.- Communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate test results and collaborate with other medical professionals.- Time management: Skill in managing time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
