- Job Title : Sales & Service Engg.- Medical Devices- Exp. Required: 1 2 Years- CTC : 1.80,000.00-3,60,000.00 LPA (70% fixed+30% Variable)- Location :- Delhi, Mumbai, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Bangalore- No. of opening: 1Roles and Responsibilities :1. Working for Exclusive equipment product promotion and frequent dealer and customer visits toenhance the market.2. Perform the product demonstration, Installation and application support as well as sales follows up withregional wise BDEs.3. Working with regional wise BDEs for the product launch by understanding the market needs, potentialand the competitors product4. Attending the regional wise National conference for product launching and shows for the market.5. Reaching(and if possible exceeding) monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets6. Ensuring the product installation and customer satisfaction at every time, Build relationship with thedealer and customer7. Providing product sales, troubleshooting and maintenance training to the dealer staff members andbasic troubleshooting and maintenance training to the product user.8. Keeping detailed records of all the customer contacts, product sales and service history.9. Working with division to ensure the ease of product usage and to identify the user challenges, if any10. Communicating with division to get the solution for the product complaints from the customer andidentifying the product failure for better quality improvement.11. Constantly monitoring the sales stock and service spare parts inventoryRequirements:- Diploma/Degree Biomedical.- Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving- Good team-work skills and interpersonal skills- Should be sincere, honest and hardworking
