Stay updated with changes in medical coding practices and healthcare regulations. Educational Background: Nursing degree (RN, LPN, or related nursing qualifications). Certification (Preferred, but not required): Certification in Medical Coding (e.g., CPC, CCS) or willingness to pursue certification after employment.
