The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting life insurance products, achieving sales targets, and building long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell life insurance products to potential customers through direct and referral-based channels.Generate leads through cold calling, market activities, and networking.Educate customers on product features, benefits, and terms.Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per regulatory guidelines. Eligibility Criteria:Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (preferably in insurance, BFSI, or telecom/FMCG sectors).Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.Skills Required:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for targets.Self-motivated and customer-focused.Basic knowledge of insurance products (preferred).
