A CNC machine operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components according to engineering specifications. They interpret blueprints, input program codes, and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate cutting, shaping, and finishing of materials such as metal, plastic, or wood. CNC operators conduct quality checks, monitor machine performance, and make necessary adjustments to optimize production efficiency and maintain product quality. Additionally, they may perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot minor issues to ensure the smooth operation of CNC equipment.

Good personality and written and verbal communication skill needed. Good listening capacity, strong negotiation skills, elegant in approach, agility and able to bear work pressure & willing to travel in a short notice is required.
