Planning, Monitoring & control of all outsourced activity related to spring division.2.Responsible for Coiling till Dispatch. 3.To ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customers demand in time.4.To analyze capacity of plant.5.To improve Turnover & profitability of spring division by achieving and improving OEE.6.Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.7.Monitoring of monthly KPI with action plan.8.ISO9001:2015 or IATF 16949 or other any Quality systems employed in company.9.Maintaining PPM of spring division as per customer requirements.10.Supervise production activities to ensure they will finish in time and within target.11.Monitoring & Maintaining Schedule compliance of spring division.12.Housekeeping of Plant & implementation of 5S principles.13.Responsible for Quality Policy and Quality Objective.

PURPOSE OF POSITION: Overseeing the entire powder coating process, ensuring high-quality production standards, and managing the packaging & loading of finished products. The role requires a detailed-oriented individual with strong leadership skills to manage a team and maintain efficient production and packaging operations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The following duties are normal for this position. Other duties may be required and assigned as needed.Oversee the daily operation of the powder coat line, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.Coordinate with the production team to schedule and prioritize work orders.Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring proper function and minimal downtime.Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures for the powder coating process.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the powder coat line.Assist with implementation of any quality control procedures to ensure products meet company and industry standards.Assist and coordinate regular inspections and quality check on finished products.Identify and address any defects or inconsistencies in the powder coating process.Collaborate with the production team to continuously improve quality standards.Ensure accurate records of quality control tests and resultsOversee the packing and loading of finished products to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.Coordinate with Shipping & Receiving Manager.Supervise and manage a team of powder coat line operators, quality inspectors, packaging personnel and in other processing/production work centers.Provide training and development opportunities for the team members.Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.CORE COMPETENCIES: (Knowledge, skills, and abilities)To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following comp
