Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure full compliance with company policies and banking regulations.Monitor branch risks, overdue accounts, and implement corrective measures.Coordinate with audit teams and ensure zero non-compliance observations.Requirements and Qualification:Graduation mandatory; MBA/PGDM preferred (optional).Strong knowledge of retail banking, lending products, and operations.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to meet targets and manage business pressure.
