- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers- As a bartender, you will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks to customers based on their preferences and requests.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area- This involves regularly cleaning bar utensils, glasses, and workstations to ensure a hygienic and organized environment for customers.- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner- Bartenders are expected to provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations on drinks.- Create new and innovative cocktail and mocktail recipes- A skilled bartender should be able to invent and experiment with new drink recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting for customers.- Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies- Keeping track of stock levels, ordering supplies when needed, and minimizing waste are essential duties for a bartender to ensure smooth bar operations.Required Skills and Expectations:- Proficiency in making a variety of cocktails and mocktails- Strong customer service and communication skills- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of orders- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality drinks for customers

Responsibilities but not limited to Welcomes and connects and provides excellent customer service to all customers. Follows Standard Operational Procedures along with those for cash handling, cooking/serving standards, display, safety, and security for all patrons. Maintains calm demeanor and being organized during high volume times or unusual events. Maintains regular attendance and punctuality and adheres to the shift roaster. Assists with new Employee training by positively reinforcing successful performance and give encouraging coaching as needed. Desired Candidate: Minimum HSC completed / Hotel management graduate, diploma holders. Experience preferred in retail, QSR or any leading service brands.Strong attention to detail, Punctual, works well under pressure, ability to multitask, strong communication skills, good learner and customer centric. Cheerful warm and exuberant, friendly, social, and affable, passionate foodie with a customer centric mindset.
