We are a bakery cloud kitchen located in Karol Bagh & Naraina New Delhi, Looking for admin staff to manage the order taking via phone calls, whatsApp, website backend documentation, arranging logistics, lead conversion, Fluent English conversation skill required.
Manage to take order from the clients. Manage team ensure order is delivered by meeting the timelines, order quality is maintained. Work area is managed efficiently. Communication skills needed , reasonably good English & Hindi both. Ensuring customer satisfaction & build good client relations Ensuring all company policies are followed Ability to assign and perform day to day tasks Building team work within the team. Good understanding of baking terminologies, equipments & processes. Setting up processes to ensure smooth functioning of business. Inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Basically all activities intended to manage Bakery operations
