Roles and responsibilities-:Engaging the site office overseeing the day to day office upkeep.Addressing the incoming enquiries.Briefing the clients about the company and products and the available housing options. Efficiently presenting them the products offered.Taking down the clients data, properly maintaining the record and forwarding it to the above.Approaching the potential visitors who can be a client or the customer for the company. Pitching them about the product and options available.Filtering the enquiries for the products and requirements as per the clients interaction. Responsibilities:-Interpret data, analyze results and provide ongoing reports.-Ability to work on multiple projects of different nature-Self- driven, Detail-oriented and diligent-Ensure data accuracy by validating existing data sources, reports andensuring data integrity.-Monitor customer interactions, including emails, calls, and chats.-Work closely with sales teams of client to align customer success strategies.-Preparing reports in documented formats, reaching out to suppliers onbehalf of the client via email and updating client CRM / other online platform from time to time.-Engaging with clients in USA via telephonic calls and email communicationPreferred Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.-Proven experience in data analysis and customer-focused roles.-Proficiency in American English, including strong communication, reading, and writing skills-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.-Proficiency in MS Office Applications-Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.-Attention to detail and organization skills.-Previous experience with customer facing role preferred
