We are looking for dedicated Baggage Handling Staff to join our team in Jaipur. This position is suitable for individuals with 0 to 1 year of experience who have completed at least the 10th grade. Key Responsibilities:1. Baggage Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload luggage from aircraft or transport vehicles, ensuring items are handled with care.2. Sorting and Organizing: Sort and organize baggage according to destination and ensure timely delivery to the correct location within the facility. 3. Customer Service: Assist passengers with their baggage inquiries, providing friendly and helpful service to enhance their travel experience.4. Equipment Operation: Operate machinery like conveyor belts and trolleys responsibly, ensuring all equipment is used safely and efficiently.5. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a strong attention to detail, ensuring all luggage is correctly handled and sorted. Physical fitness is essential, as the role requires lifting heavy items. Good communication skills are important for interacting with travelers and team members effectively. Reliability and punctuality are expected, as timely baggage handling is crucial for smooth travel operations. A proactive attitude, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to various situations, is also important for success in this role.

1.Conduct survey to identity potential villages to set up new MPPs and new milk routes2.Conduct village level meeting with support of Area Manager3.Take up special membership drive in those villages identified with poor membership enrolment4.Enroll new members and achieve enrolment targets5.To assist and supervise inward logistic for his allotted set of villages.6.Ensure equipment and instruments are in working condition at the MPP and are calibrate as per the SOPs and conduct asset verification.7.Ensure adherence to SOPs in each MPP through periodic audit.8.To report any membership related concerns/grievances to the Cluster Office and assist in resolving the same.9.Conduct milk producer awareness activities.
