1) Daily management of the fleet of vehicles of two wheelers, four wheelers (cars, SUVs), agricultural tractors, earth moving machines and commercial vehicles (school buses and vans) that are spread in different parts of the country on a day to basis.2) Monitor the vehicle entries in the ERP system on daily basis and ensure there are no gaps or misses3) Analyze data from daily logs and ascertain if all parameters as fuel consumption, distances covered, etc. are within normal levels4) Generate monthly reports for the vehicles by region, by vehicle type, etc. to have meaningful performance indicators5) Regular online / in person meetings with the vehicle admins / DPRs to share information, improvements, etc.6) Scrutinize requests for approvals for repairs, maintenance, service, etc., raised by admins/DPRs, ascertain genuineness, necessity, work content and cost in discussions with the respective requestors7) Formulate and implement process improvements that improves efficiencies, cost, time and adds value to existing jobs8) Make recommendations to board for vehicle disposal, replacement or new vehicles purchase based on their performance9) Ensure all documents of the vehicles are up to date10) Conduct informed and surprise audits of the vehicles and their admins and publish report11) Publish monthly reports for vehicle performance indicators to the respective HoDs and board members12) Provide timely forecasts for vehicles major maintenance, sale and replacement of vehicles13) Maintain cordial relationship with admins but with zero tolerance for any unethical practices in the day to day job matters.
