Designation : Test Automation Engineer [python ]Qualification : B.E/B.TECH/M.TECH Exp: 4-6 yrsSalary : 9-12 LPAIndustry : IT Location : Mumbai Skills Required :Mandatory Skills : test automation software development manual testing automation testing Web Services XML SOAP UI JIRA Confluence python Additional Skillscommunication skills customer service skillsJob Role & Responsibilities Key accountabilities To understand project and application / product requirements Follow Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) processes To use test management tools while managing test runs as per the defined test strategy Create/execute test scripts/cases Prepare and update testing documents Provide support during User Acceptance Tests (UAT) Implement functional/integration/regression testing Deliver the test reports to the Lead Testing Analyst Implement technical solutions for the defects identified (where ever possible) Analyse quality of service and suggest improvements Manage the documents used by testing team using version control softwares Use defect tracking system and follow resolution of defectsKey result / decision areas (outcomes): Preparation of analysis document and get it reviewed by the Lead Testing Analyst Process compliance and improved efficiency Various defect reports are created and presented in a dashboard format Execute all the test scripts and document it in test case plan and generate test execution reports To prepare all required ISO compliant testing documents and update them during test life cycle. Acceptance report and delivery feedback Acceptance report Reviewed reports are sent to the business owners Quality improvisation Quality improvisation Document control and version control Always use FT compliant defect tracking tool to get defects and to notify once it is fixed.
