Key responsibilitiesClinical Ability to operate & calibrate all audiometric equipment; administer all diagnostic audiological tests for adults and children; interpret the results and counsel patients with hearing disorder Good working knowledge of current and past hearing aids and other assistive devices Must be able to fit and verify hearing aids and assistive devices for patients with hearing loss Educate patients about the various options and settings that are available on their hearing aids Identify, test, diagnose & manage disorders with respect to hearing, balance, and tinnitus Counsel patients on the most appropriate care pathways and treatment plans for effectively managing their hearing difficultiesBusiness operations Maintain patient records and reports of sale, inventory, diagnostic tests etc. Monitor stocks, marketing materials and other essentials for running the clinic and coordinate with the central team for order processing, replenishments etc. Proactively reach out to all the internal and external stakeholders and develop strong relationship with doctors and patients Should exhibit exemplary teamwork- Must work in close coordination with stakeholders to plan outreach activities, schedule home visits as per the requirements of the patients Must demonstrate accountability- Proactively monitor patients progress and resolve any difficulties that they might face with respect to settings or programming of their hearing aids Open to travel & relocationBasic Qualification:Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelors in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP) or Masters in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (MASLP)Experience: 0-3 yrs. Clinical Experience
