Provide customer service related to credit products and schemes.Required Skills Basic understanding of banking products & services. Good command over MS Office (especially Excel & Word). Analytical thinking and numerical aptitude. Good communication (Hindi & English) and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory) Knowledge of RBI guidelines & basic credit risk concepts. Internship or part-time work in banking/finance.
