Key Responsibilities:1. Prepare various tandoori dishes:The primary responsibility of a Tandoori Chef is to prepare a variety of tandoori dishes such as tandoori chicken, naan, kebabs, and rotis using traditional techniques and recipes.2. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene:Ensure that the kitchen area, cooking utensils, and food preparation surfaces are clean and sanitized to prevent contamination and ensure food safety.3. Monitor food supplies and order ingredients:Keep track of food inventory, order necessary ingredients in a timely manner, and ensure that enough stock is available to prepare dishes without delay.4. Collaborate with kitchen staff:Work closely with other chefs, cooks, and kitchen helpers to coordinate food preparation, timing, and presentation to deliver high-quality dishes to customers.5.
