This is a full-time on-site role for an Articled Assistant. The role involves assisting senior staff with assigned audit engagements, conducting field work, and performing audit procedures in accordance with the firm's procedures. The Articled Assistant will also be involved in analysis of accounting records, preparation of financial statements, and providing support in matters related to tax and other statutory laws.

Observe due compliance of Accounting Standards and Finalization of accounts2. Ensure compliance with local commercial laws i.e., Income Tax, /GST.3. Conversant with accounting standards, Indian GAAP, modern accounting systems & procedures and provisions of Income Tax Act, GST, and other statutory laws.4. Communicate with clients for solving their queries related to Accounts and Finance in day-to-day business5. Computation of provision for tax, computation of provision for deferred tax assets / liabilities, tax reconciliation for group reporting on quarterly basis and ensuring timely payment of advance tax.6. Review of Tax Audit schedules/details and ensuring completion of Tax Audit within the allowed timeframe
