As a Security Supervisor, your main role will be to ensure the safety and security of the premises, staff, and visitors. You will oversee security operations, manage personnel, and implement safety protocols.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Security Personnel: Oversee the daily activities of the security team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and adherence to security standards.- Conduct Security Assessments: Regularly assess the security needs of the facility by identifying vulnerabilities and risks, and implement effective measures to address them.- Develop and Implement Security Policies: Create and enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.- Monitor Security Systems: Oversee the operation of surveillance cameras and alarm systems, regularly reviewing footage and data to identify and address any security incidents.- Respond to Emergencies: Act as a first responder in emergency situations, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services to ensure appropriate handling of incidents.- Prepare Reports: Document security incidents and prepare detailed reports for management review, helping to inform future security planning.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess 10 to 20 years of experience in security management or a related field. Relevant educational qualifications include a degree or vocational course in fields such as business administration, hotel management, or a professional diploma in security management. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work well under pressure. Candidates must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to assess situations effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment is expected.

Candidate will be working in DUBAI, UAE as per company requirment. Candidates will have to pass SIRA examination which will be conducted by the DUBAI Govt. Candidates will have to pass PSBD examination which will be conducted by the ABU DHABI Govt. SIRA Passed candidates will be working in DUBAI Only. PSBD Passed candidates will be working everywhere exapt DUBAI. SIRA SALARY: Dhs. 2200-2500/- PSBD: 2770/-NOTE: Candidate should be able to READ, WRITE & SPEAK ENGLISH. Mininum 10th pass is mandatory.
