Security Supervisor Team in Europe

As a Security Supervisor, your main role will be to ensure the safety and security of the premises, staff, and visitors. You will oversee security operations, manage personnel, and implement safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Security Personnel: Oversee the daily activities of the security team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and adherence to security standards.

- Conduct Security Assessments: Regularly assess the security needs of the facility by identifying vulnerabilities and risks, and implement effective measures to address them.

- Develop and Implement Security Policies: Create and enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

- Monitor Security Systems: Oversee the operation of surveillance cameras and alarm systems, regularly reviewing footage and data to identify and address any security incidents.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess 10 to 20 years of experience in security management or a related field. Relevant educational qualifications include a degree or vocational course in fields such as business administration, hotel management, or a professional diploma in security management. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work well under pressure.
