Smart, hardworking, energetic, sincere, soft spoken, well mannered with good leadership qualities and positive attitude. Should be B.Sc (Agriculture) and experienced & capable of taking responsibility of appointments of distributors in 4 districts & above in East UP/ Bihar plan and attain sales/ payment targets, manage recovery of pending payments from clients, appoint/manage sales team, two wheeler owner etc. Experience required in the field of pesticides. Age : 24 45 yrs, Experience : 2 yrs+, Salary: Rs 18000/- to Rs 30000/.
