Key tasks include drafting precise plans using software like AutoCAD, selecting finishes and materials, preparing presentations, and coordinating with project teams to meet deadlines. Experience in space planning, visualization, and project documentation supports successful project execution and client satisfaction. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also vital.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear working diagrams using AutoCAD and 3d software like SketchUp, 3ds max, maya, Lumion, photoshop etc. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to building, interior, furniture, etc. completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution.
