The ideal candidate should have a degree in B.A or B.Arch and must be willing to work full-time from our office.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Design Support:** Assist senior architects in creating design plans and drawings by using various software tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.- **Project Documentation:** Help in preparing and maintaining project documents, such as reports, specifications, and presentations, to ensure clear communication among team members.- **Site Visits:** Participate in site visits to gather information, assess project progress, and ensure work aligns with designs and specifications.- **Research and Analysis:** Conduct research on building materials, design trends, and local regulations to inform design decisions and contribute innovative ideas.- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members, including architects and engineers, to discuss project requirements and provide input during team meetings.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit is essential for creating detailed architectural drawings.- Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction techniques to effectively contribute to various projects.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and present ideas clearly.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:Proficiency in Autodesk Revit: In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Revit software. Architectural Design Knowledge: Understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction practices. BIM (Building Information Modeling) Knowledge: Familiarity with BIM methodologies and workflows. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with teams and clients. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve design and technical issues. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Potential Additional Skills:Experience with other BIM software: (e.g., AutoCAD, Rhino, etc.).Experience with rendering and visualization software: (e.g., Lumion, Enscape, etc.).Quantity takeoff and material estimation from Revit models .

Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients in architecture and design sectors. Cultivate relationships with architects and designers to drive sales. Showcase product features and benefits to clients. Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. 2-4 years sales experience, ideally in laminate, glass, furniture,architecture etc. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
