Job Description:We are looking for a skilled Operation Theatre Technician to assist in the smooth functioning of the operation theatre. The primary responsibility of the Operation Theatre Technician is to assist the surgical team in preparing the operation theatre, surgical instruments, and equipment before surgery. They also need to assist the surgeon during the surgery and ensure all instruments are properly sterilized and stored after the surgery.Responsibilities:- Prepare the operation theatre, surgical instruments, and equipment before surgery

- Administer anesthesia during medical procedures: As an anaesthetist, your main responsibility will be to administer anesthesia to patients undergoing various medical procedures to ensure they are pain-free and comfortable during the process.- Monitor patient's vital signs: You will be required to continuously monitor the patient's vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels to ensure their safety and make any necessary adjustments to the anesthesia dosage.- Manage post-operative pain: After the procedure, you will be responsible for managing the patient's post-operative pain and ensuring they are comfortable during the recovery process.- Collaborate with other medical professionals: You will work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other medical professionals to provide the best possible care for patients before, during, and after procedures.- Maintain accurate records: It is essential to keep detailed records of the anesthesia administered, patient reactions, and any complications that may arise during the procedure.Skills and Expectations:- A degree in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or Veterinary Science is required for this role.- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and medications.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.- Attention to detail and the ability to make quick, critical decisions.

Maintains a working knowledge of CPT-4, ICD-10-CM, and ICD-10-PCS coding principles, governmental regulations, UHDDS (Uniform Hospital Discharge Data Set) guidelines, AHA coding clinic updates, and third-party requirements regarding coding and documentation guidelinesKnowledge of Physician query process and ability to write physician queries in compliance with OIG and UHDDS regulationsKnowledge of MS-DRG (Medicare Severity Diagnosis Related Groups), MDC (Major Diagnostic Categories), AP-DRG (All Patient DRGs), APR-DRG (All Patient Refined DRGs) with hands-on experience in handling MS-DRGKnowledge of CC (complication or comorbidity) and MCC (major complication or comorbidity) when used as a secondary diagnosisUnderstanding and exposure to Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) program to work in tandem with MS-DRGHands-on experience in any of the Encoder tools specific to Hospital coding, such as 3M, Trucode, etc., is preferred.The coders assigned on the project would be reviewing Inpatient and observation medical records, determine and assign accurate diagnosis (ICD-10-CM) codes and Procedure codes (ICD-10-PCS and/or CPT) codes with appropriate modifiers in addition to reporting any deviations promptly.Contact:HR BHAVANI7358126888
