- Administer anesthesia during medical procedures: As an anaesthetist, your main responsibility will be to administer anesthesia to patients undergoing various medical procedures to ensure they are pain-free and comfortable during the process.

- Monitor patient's vital signs: You will be required to continuously monitor the patient's vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels to ensure their safety and make any necessary adjustments to the anesthesia dosage.

- Manage post-operative pain: After the procedure, you will be responsible for managing the patient's post-operative pain and ensuring they are comfortable during the recovery process.

- Collaborate with other medical professionals: You will work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other medical professionals to provide the best possible care for patients before, during, and after procedures.

- Maintain accurate records: It is essential to keep detailed records of the anesthesia administered, patient reactions, and any complications that may arise during the procedure.

Skills and Expectations:

- A degree in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or Veterinary Science is required for this role.

- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and medications.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.

- Attention to detail and the ability to make quick, critical decisions.
