Preference will be given to candidates with a Science background.Purpose of the Campus Recruiter role:As the face of the organization, the Job opportunity involves the candidate implementing a structured Campus Recruiting Strategy to attract and hire the best talent from Colleges/ Universities in the assigned region.As a Campus Recruiter, you are expected to:1. Showcase your passion for campus talent acquisition and ensure a smooth candidate hiring and onboarding experience.2. Communicate with TPOs, HODs & student coordinators of Colleges and Universities in the assigned region.3. Coordinate campus hiring dates, venue & logistics.4. Coordinate with Campus Team at the corporate office for SME interviews and final selection.5. Conduct on/off campus recruitment drive & manage relevant logistics (venue, hotel/guest house, travel, etc)6. Follow up with selected candidates post recruitment process to ensure maximum turnout.7. Coordinate onboarding activities of selected candidates. (joining formalities, induction, etc)8. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential colleges/universities.To be successful in the Campus Recruiter role you are required to have:1.
