They also calculate the aircraft's weight and balance, and prepare loading instructions. Baggage handlerEnsures that luggage and other items are properly loaded and unloaded from the aircraft. They must be able to lift heavy items and work quickly and efficiently. Ramp agentResponsible for under-wing services for aircraft, including guiding and parking aircraft, loading and unloading luggage and cargo, and performing cabin maintenance tasks. Airline ramp service agentAssists with take-off by marshaling an aircraft. They also load and unload baggage including any freight or oversized baggage.
