The Business research Analyst will be responsible for continuous improvement projects across the RBS teams leading to each of its delivery levers. The long-term goal of Research analyst (RA) role is to eliminate Defects and automate qualifying tasks. Secondary goals is to improve the vendor or customer experience, and to enhance GMS/ FCF.
