Role OverviewYes Services is seeking a certified Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, ensure adherence to Scrum principles, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and RetrospectivesCoach team members on Agile/Scrum best practicesRemove blockers and resolve team impedimentsCollaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlogTrack sprint progress using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)Ensure transparency through metrics like velocity, burndown charts, and sprint reportsDrive continuous improvement and Agile maturity within teamsSupport release planning and stakeholder communicationPromote a self-organizing and cross-functional team cultureRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field5+ years of IT experience with 24 years as a Scrum MasterCertified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM / SAFe preferred)Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOpsExcellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to work in distributed/global teams Preferred QualificationsExperience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS)Knowledge of DevOps practicesBackground in software development or QAExperience working with enterprise clients

Job Description: As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple software development projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery. Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management. Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and project management methodologies. Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
