Automation Tester (Selenium) / SDETExperience: 1- 4 yearsSalary Range: upto 5 LPAAbout the RoleWe are looking for experienced Automation Testers (SDET) to design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks. The role involves ensuring high-quality software delivery by automating test processes and collaborating closely with development teams to identify and resolve defects efficiently.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium Write reusable, scalable, and maintainable automation test scripts Execute functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing Collaborate with developers to ensure testability and product quality Analyze test execution results and prepare detailed test reports Identify defects, log bugs, and track them using JIRA or similar tools Perform API testing and validation using REST Assured or similar tools Continuously improve test coverage and reduce manual testing effortRequired Skills Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver Proficiency in Java Experience with Page Object Model (POM) and data-driven frameworks Experience in API testing (REST Assured or equivalent) Knowledge of Git or other version control systems Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skillsGood to Have Skills Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Domain knowledge in fintech or payment systems Basic SQL knowledge for backend validationTools & TechnologiesSelenium WebDriver TestNG Java REST Assured JIRA GitDesired Candidate Profile Strong ownership and accountability Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment Attention to detail and quality-first mindset Strong communication and team collaboration skills
