Role Overview

Yes Services is seeking a certified Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, ensure adherence to Scrum principles, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives

Coach team members on Agile/Scrum best practices

Remove blockers and resolve team impediments

Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog

Track sprint progress using Agile tools (., Jira, Azure DevOps)

Ensure transparency through metrics like velocity, burndown charts, and sprint reports

Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity within teams

Support release planning and stakeholder communication

Promote a self-organizing and cross-functional team culture

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

5+ years of IT experience with 24 years as a Scrum Master

Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM / SAFe preferred)

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps

Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills

Ability to work in distributed/global teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS)

Knowledge of DevOps practices

Background in software development or QA

Experience working with enterprise clients
