Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in conceptualizing and designing graphics, layouts, and visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations.Create and edit digital content such as banners, infographics, email templates, and social posts.Support the production of print materials such as brochures, flyers, and event collateral.Collaborate with senior designers to ensure brand consistency and meet project deadlines.Adapt designs based on feedback and revisions from stakeholders.Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance creative output.Prepare files for final production or publishing, ensuring high-quality deliverables.Required Skills & QualificationsEducational background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (degree/diploma).6 months to 1 year of experience in a professional design role, internship, or freelance work.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.Familiarity with digital design formats, including web and social media specifications.Good communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback positively.Attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive attitude toward learning.Preferred (Nice-to-Have) SkillsKnowledge of motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).Experience working with UI/UX tools like Figma, XD, or Sketch.Understanding of branding and marketing fundamentals.
