Cad Trainer Having Experience of Autocad, Revit, 3dsmax Etc for Cadd Centre At Rajendra Nagar Ghaziabad. Ready to Work At Ghaziabad.

Position : 3D VisualizerEducation : Under-Graduates/Graduate/Post-Graduates/Diploma- Candidate should hold Autocad experience in architectural designing- detailed drafting- Detailed drafting should be his/her core competency- Should have experience of working in architectural industry- 1 -3 years of relevant work experience in drafting, modeling, texturing, lighting andrendering.- Should have working knowledge on AutoCAD 2D/3D, 3Ds Max with V-ray, Photoshop.- Study, rectify in Autocad all architectural drawings , Plans , elevations & sections.

Responsibilities and Duties Participating in client meetings to discuss design plans and gather feedback on preliminary designs Reviewing construction documents to ensure that specifications meet design requirements Creating conceptual sketches, renderings, and other illustrations to communicate design concepts to clients Compiling data regarding client preferences, lifestyle habits, and architectural styles to create a design concept that meets the clients needs in terms of style and ergonomics Presenting design concepts to clients in order to gain approval of preliminary plans Developing interior design concepts for commercial, retail, or industrial spaces Consulting with clients about their needs in order to create a design solution that meets their goals within their budget constraints Managing the design process from start to finish by scheduling meetings with clients and other team members, and communicating with clients
