Key Responsibilities: Gather, manage and organize references used for modeling Prepare layers expected by the compositing team Establishes looks and/or follow set style direction Solves design and/or effect challenges for key visual effects shots Collaborates with other compositors to ensure shots are delivered to highest standard and on schedule Renders and check the quality of rendered pictures Ensure that the final product aligns with the needs of the client Need to maintain and complete the schedule and quotas given Deliver work within established project targets and the high-quality standards of the companySkills and Experience: Ability to create both organic and hard surface 3D models Good understanding of the subtleties of modeling, the texture of surfaces, the lighting of 3D creations Ability to seamlessly bed an effect into a scene Good knowledge of Maya, Arnold 3DS Max and Photoshop Houdini knowledge is an advantage Familiar with VRay, Z Brush, Houdini, Nuke and/or Fusion, particle simulation, and scripting Ability to quickly move from one task to another Ability to cope under pressure Basic knowledge of most areas of the industry Creative originality High dependability with flexibility Ability to work in a team Positive working attitude Excellent interpersonal skills Deep problem-solving abilities Ability to take direction Artistic and attentive eye for detail Goal focused with an ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
