We are seeking a dedicated female Tele Caller in Bawana, Delhi, to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience and a minimum education of 12th grade. This full-time position involves direct interaction with customers to promote our services and drive sales.Key Responsibilities:- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with potential clients through phone calls, providing information about our products and services.- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads by gathering information from conversations and understanding customer needs.- **Sales Support**: Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting offers and encouraging customer purchases during calls.- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and feedback to help improve services.- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share customer insights for better outcomes.Required Skills and Expectations:The candidate must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to customers.
