Candidate should possess a good communication and interpersonal skills. Should be trustworthy,

young energetic person with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. He should be well

versed with Hindi and Android Mobile/Tablet, preferably he should be able to understand English.

Candidate has to look after the maintenance and security of property allocated, handle

requirements of existing guests and convert persons who visit the property into customers.

Responsibilities

Security and Maintenance of Property and Utilities

Live at Property 24 hrs

Supervise housekeeping staff and cleaning

Operating Android App for maintaining guest logs and financial entries

Communicate with Customers and convert them to be guests at property

Managing requirements, complaints and requests of Guests

Managing Food for the Guests

Updating Manager about daily operations and routing

Ability to take additional suitable responsibilities as and when required

Requirements

Polite and with good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to make small calculation and make on spot decision for petty matters

Preferably a bachelor
