We along with associates will prepare a separate list of aspirants.4. Associates will present our proposal to the client on site or offsite.5. Payment will be required in phase wise partAll direct or indirect sales in the area of associates will be counted in associate credit.7. Associate will get 35% commission on First sales. 8. Associate will get convince reimbursement after first sales and 25% commission on second sales. 9. After second sales aspirants will be offered with partnership or can carry on fixed salary+ incentive.10. Commission payment is delivered Along with Payment from order.11. reimbursement for the trial period will be paid after the third sales.12. After the fourth sales meeting Targets will be not compulsory.13. Presenting our creative skill and justifying our creation capabilities to deliver as per customer requirements will be primarily responsibility of Associate
