We are looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Hyderabad. This role is essential for providing high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Patient Care**: Provide compassionate care to patients, helping them with daily needs and ensuring their comfort during recovery.- **Monitoring Health**: Regularly check vital signs like temperature, pulse, and blood pressure to assess patients health status and report any changes to the doctor.- **Medication Administration**: Administer prescribed medications and treatments, following specific protocols to ensure safety and effectiveness.- **Collaboration**: Work alongside doctors and other healthcare professionals to plan and deliver patient care, facilitating effective communication in the team.- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes, to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulations.- **Patient Education**: Educate patients and their families about health management, medications, and post-discharge care to promote better health outcomes.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Must have completed at least the 12th standard to be considered for the role.- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.- A caring and empathetic attitude towards patients to foster a healing environment.- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while remaining organized and attentive to detail.- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly, especially with new medical procedures and technologies.We encourage freshers as well as those with up to one year of experience to apply.
