An outstanding Architect will have strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate superior technical design skills and be able to create designs that are functional, creative, and sustainable.Architect Responsibilities:Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.Developing and presenting project proposals.Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.

Structural engineers design, plan and oversee the construction of new buildings and bridges, or alterations and extensions to existing properties or other structures

An estimator is responsible for determining the total cost of a construction project. The first step of doing so involves validating the project's Scope of Work. The Scope of Work is a document that lays out the entirety of work that needs to be done in order to complete the building project.

To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions; To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. and in line with customer's tender requirements

Responsibility of an architectural engineer is to focus on a building's engineering aspects. A person in this role designs the mechanical and structural systems of a building, as well as managing challenges that arise with its electrical and lighting systems. Must have a certificate for approval purposes

-Should have proper exp. in Total Stations & Auto Levelling- Should know AutoCAD and be able to read all kinds of drawings- Should have ability in plotting or superimposing points on Auto CAD

Technical requirement: AutoCAD, Staad Pro, Civil 3D software is added advantage .Minimum 2-3 year experience in the Architecture Project.Should be flexible in nature.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH MUST HAVE THE ABILITY OF MANAGING CLINTS OVER CALLS AS WELL AS AWARE OF LEAD GENERATION. MUST BE FLEXIBLE IN NATURE.AGE PREFERENCE: 20-30SELECTION PROCEDURE: WALK IN INTERVIEWTIMING : 8 AM - 7 PM
