Job Description * Supporting Senior Consultants in client engagements by conducting research, data analysis, and creating client deliverables.* Assisting in developing and presenting recommendations to clients based on research findings andanalysis.* Providing the best consulting services to clients, including sales closing for research and planning, execution support, as well as training and development.* Collaborating with team members to coordinate project activities and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.* Gathering information from clients, stakeholders, and industry sources to understand business challenges and opportunities.* Contributing to the development of client proposals, presentations, and reports* Participating in client meetings, workshops, and presentations to support senior team members.* Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks or issues to escalate to senior team members.* Assisting in the development and implementation of project plans, work schedules, and project management tools.* Conducting market research and industry analysis to identify trends,best practices, andcompetitive landscape.* Supporting business development activities, such as identifying new business opportunities and participating in client pitches.* Maintaining knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and best practices to continuously improve skills and expertise.* Providing administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing documents, and organizing project files.* Communicating effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Responsibilities:1. Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other business development activities.2. Actively promote and sell business training programs to corporate clients, organizations, and individuals.3. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and value of our training offerings.4. Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional materials.6. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in accordance with client requirements and company policies.7. Negotiate terms and pricing to close sales and achieve revenue targets.8. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.9. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify business opportunities and threats.10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue data.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).2. Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the education or training industry.3. Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and pipeline management.4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work independently, 5. set priorities, and meet sales targets.6. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking tools.7. Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.8.
