Job Description:We are seeking a responsible, proactive, and compassionate Hostel Manager to manage the daily operations of our Girls Hostel. This is a residential, full-time position that requires the candidate to stay on the premises and ensure a safe, secure, and positive living environment for all residents.Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the hostel Ensure the safety and well-being of all girl residents Maintain discipline and address student/resident concerns Supervise housekeeping, food services, and maintenance staff Handle admissions, check-ins/outs, and room allocations Maintain records of residents, complaints, and incidents Coordinate with parents/guardians when needed Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and overall hostel upkeep Manage inventory, supplies, and emergency protocols
