Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities -Functional requirement analysis from BRD docsTest Scenario and Test Plan preparation and reviewTest execution both Manual and AutomationDefect logging and tracking to closure, Defect ManagementStake holder managementWilling to Travel, Good communication skills, Client facing.TCS Core Banking will be added advantagesDesired Candidate Profile:Proven working experience in Core Banking Products - Loans, Over Drafts, Clearing, Payments & GL, NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/Bulk Transfers Channel Banking.Team Handling for Lead role.Client Handling for Lead roleExperience of working on in any core banking system (TCS Bancs /Finacle /Flexcube/ FCR/ FCC)Working knowledge of Functional is must and GUI and Regression testing will be an added advantage.Should have experience in Manual testing Corporate Banking or Retail Banking and both is Plus.Good experience in designing and review of test scenarios, test cases, test execution.Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain bugs and other issues identified and produce bug reports, documentation, and feedback to both product owners and software developers.Ability to highlight and drive issues forward from identification through to resolution.Ability to be flexible and align to client requirements and work.Professional ISTQB certification is an added advantage.Education Qualification: -Should have passed B.E / B.TECH in any stream or MSc(IT) / MCA from any recognized College / University duly approved by AICTE
